Pichora with Women of RSETI

Pichora with Women of RSETI

On 21st June 2022 ,We were presented with an amazing opportunity of doing a workshop for rural women of Jeolikote, Nainital. During the three-day workshop, organized by Bank Of Baroda, we taught the women all about making  melt and pour soap and cold processed soaps. The whole idea behind designing the workshop was to build a small-scale business employment skill for rural women. The amount of participation and enthusiasm we received for the event was thrilling. We are grateful to have received the opportunity to contribute our part to the initiative of empowering rural women. Working with them re-instilled in us the true essence of Pichora.

We would also like to extend our utmost gratitude to RSETI for making it all possible. For those of you who don't know, RSETIs are Rural Self Employment Training Institutes, an initiative of the Ministry Of Rural Development to have dedicated infrastructures in each district of the country to impart training and skill upgradation to rural youth geared towards entrepreneurship development. RSIS is managed by banks with active cooperation from the government of India and State Governments. We hope to continue doing such workshops in the future. Thank you. Our hearts are full!!
